AREVA Resources Canada Inc., has its headquarters in Saskatoon and is one of the world's largest producers of uranium.

AREVA Resources owns and operates the Cluff Lake mine and is operator and majority owner of the McClean Lake and Midwest uranium projects. The company is also part owner of the Cigar Lake, Millennium, McArthur River and Key Lake uranium projects. It conducts uranium exploration in Saskatchewan and Alberta and holds interests in Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. AREVA Resources' uranium production is sold to electric utilities worldwide.
