Northern Business Development

The nature of mining in northern Saskatchewan allows for many support and construction functions to be provided by northern businesses. AREVA's preference for northern suppliers has supported the development and growth of several successful businesses owned and operated by northern residents. For example, catering, security, janitorial, blasting, construction, and trucking services are regularly provided by northern contractors.
